🌿 Nowruz Haft-Sin Table

起源: Middle East

At Nowruz, the Persian New Year, families arrange the Haft-Sin — a ceremonial table setting of seven items whose names begin with the letter sin (س) in Persian. Items typically include sabzeh (sprouted wheat), samanu (wheat pudding), senjed (dried lotus fruit), seer (garlic), seeb (apple), somaq (sumac), and serkeh (vinegar). Each element symbolises renewal, prosperity, health, or another new-year blessing.
